Shipping, Returns & Refunds


SHIPPING

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday. We will always try our very best to send out your order as fast as possible. Normally it will take us 2-4 work days to send your items on its way, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Little Empire ships to all destinations world-wide.

For all orders over € 200.00 Euros we offer free standard shipping. 

Please Note: We only sell items that we have in stock. It can happen that articles sell out during a visit to littleempire.store. Current stock and availability will be automatically updated when you reach the checkout. We can not guarantee information about the availability of individual products, as goods and stocks can sell out.

All orders are shipped from Indonesia via EMS (Express Mail Service).  Please count with 6 - 8 business days for shipping to Australia and 12-18 business days for international orders (excluding weekends and public holidays). However Little Empire has no influence anymore once the item has been shipped and unexpected delays can happen. You will receive a tracking number from us to be able to monitor your purchase.

EMS Australia: €16 Euros

EMS International: € 23 Euros

​If a package can't be delivered, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. Little Empire is not responsible for any customs and duties due to international shipment. In case of any difficulties please contact us via hello@littlempire.store with your full contact information including phone number so we can sort out the problem and make sure your order will be on its way soon. We are not responsible for any delays or lost or stolen packages after passing the order to the shipping company.

DUTIES AND TAXES

please note orders shipped to countries outside of australia may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. the responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to yoli & otis in order to receive a refund.

refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received.

EASY RETURNS

Before returning your order

Please notify us with your Name, Email address and Order number at hello@littleempire.store. We will give you all further instructions, including the return address depending on the country you live in. 

You can get a refund on your order up to 14 days after receiving the items.

To be able to give you your money back all of the following points have to be fulfilled

  1. The items were not on sale. Items on sale cannot be refunded
  2. The items are in original condition and all tags are attached
  3. The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
  4. You notify us for a refund within 14 days after you've received the items at            hello@littleempire.com
  5. You provide the original invoice 

We will refund you by your original payment method, as soon as we received the items and made sure all the points above have been fulfilled.

Please not that our refund excludes shipping costs.

Little Empire is not responsible for return packages. We advise that when shipping returns that meet our required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking.

Every return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift cards and Sale Items are non-refundable.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original  payment method, within a certain amount of days, minus the original shipping charges.               

                                                                                                                                 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item for one of these reasons, send us an email to hello@littleempire.store.
