Before returning your order

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

What happens If you received your Little Empire products but changed your mind about it

We are trying our very best to provide you with all the info you need so you know what to expect when ordering a Little Empire product. However, if you change your mind about any of our items, here's what you can do.

PLEASE NOTE:

We only offer a store credit on change of mind items. A refund is not possible.

Please notify us with your Name, Email address and Order number at hello@littleempire.store. We will give you all further instructions, including the return address depending on the country you live in. 

To be able to return your items all of the following points have to be fulfilled

  1. The items were not on sale. Items on sale cannot be returned
  2. The items are in original condition and all tags are attached
  3. The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
  4. You notify us for within 5 days after you've received the items at            hello@littleempire.store
  5. You provide the original invoice 

Please note that our store credit refund excludes shipping costs.

Little Empire is not responsible for return packages. We advise that when shipping returns that meet our required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking.

Every return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift cards and Sale Items can't be returned.

 

REFUNDS

What happens if you receive faulty items:

Every item that gets send out has been inspected thoroughly, however if we missed something and you received a faulty item we will either exchange it or refund your money back.

Please notify us with your Name, Email address and Order number at hello@littleempire.store and explain the damage. We might ask for pictures of the item for a better understanding of the issue. We will give you all further instructions, including the return address depending on the country you live in. 

To be able to return your items all of the following points have to be fulfilled

  1. The items were not on sale. Items on sale cannot be refunded
  2. The items are in original condition and all tags are attached
  3. The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
  4. You notify us for a refund within 5 days after you've received the items at            hello@littleempire.store
  5. You provide the original invoice 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

MONEY REFUND

We will refund you by your original payment method, minus the original shipping charges, as soon as we received the items and made sure all the points above have been fulfilled.

This might take a few days but we will notify you once it has been done.

EXCHANGES

We will exchange your item and will notify you once it has been sent. We will cover the shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE

We only replace items if they have been shipped out defective or damaged. 

We are not responsible for damage that occurred during shipping or during opening of the package.
