Returns & Refunds
Before returning your order
Please notify us with your Name, Email address and Order number at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will give you all further instructions, including the return address depending on the country you live in.
You can get a refund on your order up to 14 days after receiving the items.
To be able to give you your money back all of the following points have to be fulfilled
- The items were not on sale. Items on sale cannot be refunded
- The items are in original condition and all tags are attached
- The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
- You notify us for a refund within 14 days after you've received the items at email@example.com
- You provide the original invoice
We will refund you by your original payment method, as soon as we received the items and made sure all the points above have been fulfilled.
Please note that our refund excludes shipping costs.
Little Empire is not responsible for return packages. We advise that when shipping returns that meet our required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking.
Every return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift cards and Sale Items are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days, minus the original shipping charges.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item for one of these reasons, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
